New in our range are these extremely fast and ultra-thin shielded network cables with a throughput of no less than 10 Gbit/s, which is 10 times faster than a standard Cat5e or Cat6 cable. If you want to get rid of those thick and stiff cables, take an ultraflex cable, they are ultra thin and extremely flexible and can be used in any situation, and it also looks a lot neater. No more hassle with kinks in the cable, the cable can be connected in the most difficult to reach places. This thin network cable is suitable for networks up to 10Gbit with a bandwidth of 500MHz and has an AWG value of 32 and a soft TPE (halogen-free and flame-retardant) sheath. Comes with molded connectors, making the internet cable plug & play. So you can use this thin network cable right away! Thanks to the 100% copper cores, this thin internet cable is also suitable for using PoE (Power over Ethernet). You can use these patch cables in server cabinets and for connecting various equipment in the house such as your TV, modem (router) or security camera.
What are the advantages of our Ultraflex cables?
Our ultra-thin shielded Ultraflex network cables are very thin and flexible thanks to the special TPE sheath. This makes them space-saving and makes installation in, for example, server cabinets, where space is often limited, much easier. Our Ultraflex internet cables are PiMF (pairs in metal foil) shielded, so you do not suffer from interference, they have a diameter of only 3.8mm, so they can even be easily concealed behind skirting boards in your home. The RJ45 connectors are shortened and equipped with kink protection. These flexible network cables can also handle the same speed and bandwidth as the traditional CAT6a patch cables, so no downsides to be found! Don't wait any longer and immediately benefit from the advantages of our ultra-flex internet cable, we supply them in different colors and lengths.
What is the difference between UTP, FTP and S/FTP?
The above terms indicate whether the network cable has no, one or more shields. A UTP cable is not shielded and installation in the vicinity of other cables can lead to malfunctions. Simply put, FTP is a single shield, where S/FTP is double shielded and interference is virtually impossible. Not sure yet? You can always contact us! We are happy to advise you on which cable you may need.
What is PoE (Power over Ethernet)?
With Power over Ethernet it is possible to deliver both data and power over a standard internet cable. It can be used to power equipment such as security cameras and VOIP phones. Power over Ethernet is especially useful for equipment that is far away from a power outlet, but still needs power.
Which network cable do I need for my PS4 or XBOX?
For game consoles, online play is much more stable if you connect your Playstation or XBOX via a LAN (internet, network) cable. When playing online, a lot of data has to be transferred over the cable, so your network cable must have sufficient bandwidth (throughput speed). Thanks to the 500MHz bandwidth of these flexible CAT6a network cables, you can play all your online games without lag. The difference between playing online via WIFI and an internet cable is night and day, so don't wait any longer!
