Shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium
If the product is in stock and the payment has been made by iDEAL, PayPal or Creditcard, every order made before 21:00 (9 o'clock PM), will be delivered the following business day in the Netherlands and Belgium. When paid in advance, the order will be sent as soon as the payment has been received. If one of the ordered products is not in stock, the order will not be sent until the entire is complete. For our delivery, we make use of the services of i.a. DHL, PostNL and UPS. The shipment can be traced by Track & Trace and will be offered at least twice when nobody is present to recieve the package.
Returns are possible within 14 days after ordering. Please mention the order number. If possible, send in original packaging. The product needs to be as untouched or unharmed as possible. "You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations." In most cases, the refund shall be credited inbetween a term of ten to thirty days. The costs for returing the package back will not be compensated. Business partners can only make use of their return rights in consultation. Sending costs for business partners will not be credited.
